Why form meets flavour here
The body is built wider and lower than a classic jug. That keeps the vortex tighter while steaming, so air and milk combine evenly – the basis for dense, silky microfoam. The milk's proteins stabilise the fine bubbles, the fat gives the foam its density.
The namesake spout – internally called the crocodile shape – with its double-curved guide grooves shapes the stream so the lines stand out more clearly. The 5.0 is made from 304 stainless steel. The 500 ml size sits between one and two drinks – a flexible companion. Our opinion is one of many.
