Explore more →Cold milk fills the pitcher up to the 250-milliliter mark — the line is etched into the stainless steel on the inside, visible even under the milk. Clip on the steam wand, hold the pitcher at an angle under the tip, and start stretching. The milk pulls upward, the sound shifting from hissing to scooping to a silky murmur. In your hand, the pitcher feels heavy enough to stay stable, light enough not to tire you out. The outer wall is matte black, and the coating stays cool longer than bare stainless steel. Lift the pitcher off the wand, tip it into the cup, and the milk flows through the precisely shaped spout — no drips on the rim, no streaks on the pitcher.
That's the Rhino Pro Stealth milk pitcher in everyday use. It's the newest addition to the Rhino pitcher family, built for over thirteen years by a small, specialty-coffee-focused brand from Australia. The Pro Stealth brings together three traits that used to live in separate models: the Pro ergonomics and 1 mm stainless steel wall thickness, the non-stick coating of the Stealth line, and internal etched volume markings for reproducible milk dosing. Available in our CCC range in three sizes and two colors.
| Size | Volume | Suited for |
|---|---|---|
| 12 oz | 350 ml | Single cappuccino, flat white, solo latte (8 oz cup) |
| 20 oz | 600 ml | Double cappuccino, large latte (12–14 oz cup), two smaller drinks in parallel |
| 30 oz | 900 ml | High-volume needs, professional café workflow, multiple drinks at once (16–20 oz) |
Both colors — black and white — share the same non-stick coating and the same 1 mm stainless steel construction underneath. Color is a workflow decision: many cafés use black for dairy milk and white for plant-based milk (or the other way around), so nothing gets mixed up in the rush. At home, it's simply a matter of taste.
Most standard pitchers have a wall thickness of 0.7 mm. The Pro Stealth has 1 mm — visibly thicker, noticeably heavier in the hand, and slower to heat through. That has a direct effect on texturing milk: thicker material gives you more seconds between "cold" and "final foaming stage". More stretching time means finer microfoam, because you can control the phases for longer. Professionals talk about "more stretch time" — and that's exactly what makes the difference between cappuccino foam and microfoam that can carry latte art.
Lines etched into the stainless steel on the inside show you the milk quantity in milliliters and ounces. If you want professional consistency and reproducibility, that's pure gold: 250 ml for a cappuccino, 350 ml for a latte — exactly the same, every day. It also reduces milk waste when training new team members, because nobody's filling "by eye".
The spout has been refined over the years with input from latte art champions. Two different angles in the spout profile let you get closer to the espresso — crucial for high-contrast latte art. Plus, the lip stops milk from running down the pitcher during slow pours.
The coating isn't just cosmetic. On the inside, it keeps milk proteins and fats from sticking to the wall — which makes cleaning noticeably easier. On the outside, it protects the material from scratches and knocks during daily café use. The coating construction is food-safe and, thanks to its double layer, more durable than simple Teflon coatings.
The handle is shaped so that the hand's natural position lines up with the angle of the spout. When pouring latte art through hundreds of drinks a day, that makes a measurable difference in wrist and forearm fatigue.

| Manufacturer | Rhino Coffee Gear, Australia |
| Model | Wall Thickness | Coating | Volume Markings | Character |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rhino Classic | 0.7 mm | Bare stainless steel | No | Solid all-rounder, versatile, affordable |
| Rhino Stealth | 1 mm | Non-stick (in colors) | No | Easy to care for, distinguishable by color |
| Rhino Pro | 1 mm | Bare stainless steel | Yes, etched | Professional-level, without coating |
| Rhino Pro Stealth | 1 mm | Non-stick (black/white) | Yes, etched | Combines Pro professional level, Stealth coating, and volume markings |
The Pro Stealth is the maximum-spec option in the Rhino family — all the Pro advantages plus the easy-care coating. If you work with a stripped-back setup and want to skip the coating, look at the classic Pro. If you want a simple, robust daily-driver pitcher, the Classic is the right choice.
Three profiles we see regularly in the showroom:
Home baristas who care about latte art. If you're pulling a rosetta cappuccino at home on the weekend, you'll benefit from the 1 mm material — the extra stretching time is the difference between "foam" and "microfoam that holds".
Cafés with a plant-based milk program: black for oat, almond, or soy milk, white for dairy milk (or the other way around) — visual differentiation in the rush behind the bar. Plus, the non-stick coating makes cleaning plant-based milk residue (which dries on faster than dairy) noticeably easier.
Latte art training and competition preparation. The etched volume markings allow for reproducible practice sessions — same volume, same shot, comparable results. Standard practice in competition prep.
From showroom experience:
If you often do both — single drinks and large lattes — you're best off with two pitchers in different sizes. That's also the workflow in most specialty cafés.
The Rhino Pro Stealth can be ordered online at Coffee Coaching Club, or you can pick it up at the showroom in Zürich Oerlikon or Bern for pickup. Delivery nationwide across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein in 2–4 business days.
At the showroom, you can pick up the pitcher, feel the weight and balance, and pull a few practice shots with our machines. For questions about choosing a size or latte art technique, we'll walk through it with you together — that's part of our introductory course when you buy a machine.
Important: no dishwasher, no harsh chemicals. The non-stick coating is robust, but dishwasher detergents wear it down over time. Recommended routine:
The classic Stealth has 1 mm stainless steel and non-stick coating, but no internal volume markings. The Pro Stealth adds the Pro ergonomics (refined spout, optimized handle) and the etched volume markings. Functionally, it's the fully equipped version.
350 ml for single cappuccinos, flat whites, and latte art training. 600 ml for larger lattes or two drinks in parallel — usually the best all-rounder size at home. 900 ml for professional volume.
Functionally equivalent. In cafés, typically used to distinguish dairy milk from plant-based milk. At home, it's a matter of taste.
No. Dishwasher detergents wear down the non-stick coating over time. Hand washing with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge is the right care routine.
With proper hand washing and care, several years. Avoid abrasive scouring pads, harsh chemicals, and the dishwasher — that noticeably extends its lifespan.
Yes. It works with dairy milk, oat, almond, soy, and coconut milk. Plant-based milk sticks a bit more — the non-stick coating is a real advantage here when it comes to cleaning.
Yes, noticeably. Thicker material heats up more slowly, giving you more seconds of stretching time. With microfoam, that's the difference between "pretty good" and "carries the latte art through the whole drink".
From our perspective: Cozy Chocolate for a classic cappuccino with a chocolate-caramel profile, Very Nutty for maximum body in milk without acidity, Nutty Delight as a balanced daily driver. Lighter roasted beans like Wild Peach are better suited for single-origin espresso shots.
Yes. Rhino offers Accutemp stick-on thermometers as an accessory — we carry them on request. They stick to the outside of the pitcher and show the milk temperature in real time. Practical for reproducible steaming without a touch test on the bottom of the pitcher.
Yes. Coffee Coaching Club has all three sizes and both colors in stock at both showrooms. For questions about choosing or latte art technique: office@coffeecoachingclub.ch.
A good pitcher makes latte art more accessible than any machine. My suggestion from showroom experience: get yourself the 350 ml pitcher first when you're starting out — the smaller volume forces clean technique, because you have less milk to "hide" behind. Once you're pulling larger lattes for guests, add the 600 ml. For cappuccino, start with Cozy Chocolate — the chocolate-caramel aromas come through the milk and give the drink a clear character. If you switch to plant-based milk, stick with oat milk at first, since it foams the densest and gets you closest to microfoam quality. Almond and soy milk are doable but need more practice. Clean the pitcher right after every drink — milk that dries on is much harder to get off than milk that's still warm. That's my view from the showroom, one of many.
