MHW-3BOMBER Milk Pitcher 5.0 700 ml – large stainless steel pitcher with crocodile spout
Plenty of milk, one deep swirl: in the large jug, the vortex turns wide and calm, grinding the bubbles ever finer until the surface gleams. Then you tilt it, the special spout gathers the stream, and even for the third cup in a row there's enough left for a clean pattern.
The large variant of the fifth generation – made for several milk drinks in a row.
Why shape meets flavor here
The body is built wider and lower than a classic jug. That keeps the vortex tighter while steaming, so air and milk combine evenly – the foundation for dense, silky microfoam. The proteins in the milk stabilize the fine bubbles, while the fat gives the foam its density.
The namesake spout – internally called the crocodile shape – with its double-curved guide grooves shapes the stream so the lines stand out more clearly as you pour. The 5.0 is made from 304 stainless steel. Fill the large pitcher only about halfway, so the milk has room to expand while steaming. Latte art has no rules, only what you like. Our opinion is one of many.

Who it's made for
For anyone with a lot going on – larger households, guests, a busy counter. If you make several milk drinks back to back and want to pour clean lines, you'll benefit from the large capacity and the well-thought-out spout.
What you pair it with
The foam comes from your machine's steam wand. Whichever suits your pace, from the compact to the La Marzocco, you'll find it in our Espresso Machines, supported by our advisory tool.
Want to compare smaller sizes or other shapes: affordable and precise are the pitchers in the Normcore Collection, while the Weber Workshops Collection shows the especially finely crafted side. And to help the espresso carry through plenty of milk, it's worth looking at dense Espresso Beans.
Frequently Asked Questions
How full should I fill the 700 ml pitcher?
About halfway. That way the milk has room to expand while steaming, and the vortex stays fine and even.
What does the crocodile spout do?
The shape with the double-curved guide grooves gathers the milk stream, so the lines stand out more clearly as you pour – helpful for defined patterns.
What finishes are available?
The 700 ml size is available in Matt Black, Multicolor, Shiny and Silver Spot, among others. Which one you choose is a matter of taste.
Can I see the pitcher in person before buying?
Very much so. In our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zürich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) you can experience it live. Online, we deliver in 2–4 business days, across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Tip from our coffee roastery
Plenty of milk from one pitcher needs an espresso that can hold its own. Our Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight stay full-bodied and sweet. For maximum body without acidity, the Very Nutty, for a fruity experience, the Wild Peach. That's our recommendation – one of many.
