Slayer Espresso Single Group – single-group machine with Needle-Valve Pre-Brew
With your hand on the Paddle, pulling it back slowly lets the water enter the puck in a fine, controlled stream – the slow Pre-Brew phase is Slayer's signature.
The Slayer Single Group is the single-group espresso machine from Slayer: separate PID-controlled boilers and a precise needle valve for the Pre-Brew phase. In standard configuration, with personalization on request.
Needle-Valve Pre-Brew
A needle valve controls the slow wetting of the puck – Slayer calls this phase Pre-Brew. Because the water enters slowly at first, even very finely ground coffee extracts cleanly. The Paddle lets you pull shots manually, or the Pre-Brew timer handles it semi-automatically.
Separate PID Boilers
A dedicated brew boiler (around 1.1 liters, with a preheating coil) and a steam boiler (around 3.3 liters) operate separately and are PID-controlled – stable temperature for espresso and steam at the same time. Add to that the bottomless 58 mm portafilter and a Shot Mirror for a view of the extraction.
Our opinion is one of many.

Roastery Tip
For a dense, rounded espresso, you're right at home with Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – chocolatey, nutty, full-bodied. If you're after maximum body without acidity, go for Very Nutty; for a fruity, bright experience, it's worth trying Wild Peach. That's our recommendation, one of many.
