Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot Red – cold coffee effortlessly

Put coffee grounds into the filter, pour cold water over them, put on the lid and leave in the fridge overnight. The next morning, remove the filter and pour out cold-brewed coffee – smooth, sweet, and free of the bitterness that results from hot brewing.

Who it suits

For everyone who loves cold coffee in summer – mild, sweet and low in acidity, because it's cold-brewed. Those who can grind coarsely have an advantage: the grind size for cold brew is coarse, similar to French Press. You can find suitable grinders in our coffee grinder selection.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make cold brew in the Mizudashi?

Place coarsely ground coffee in the filter, pour cold water over it, and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 8 hours (e.g., overnight). Then remove the filter and enjoy.

What grind size do I need?

Coarse – similar to French Press. Too finely ground coffee can pass through the filter and make the cold brew cloudy.
