This high-quality, practical, and elegant fully automatic coffee machine is ideal for offices, fast-food restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, or small coffee chains that place great value on quality and efficiency.

Innovative technology for maximum efficiency

With the groundbreaking telemetry system, you have a constant overview of sales, consumption, and performance. A cloud connection lets you access live data worldwide, compile statistics, optimize service planning, and constantly monitor quality.

The machine also offers the e'Levelling function : Gentle vibration distributes the coffee grounds evenly throughout the brewing chamber. This prevents channeling and perfects extraction – almost like a barista's, but more reproducible.

The Electronic Milk Texturing (EMT) system provides a wide variety of latte and milk foam recipes. This allows you to create individual milk foam consistencies – from fine-pored for latte art to creamy for cappuccino.

In the L'2m version, the Legacy produces barista-quality espresso, coffee, and milk foam – with an output of up to 175 espressos or 120 cappuccinos per hour (extraction time approx. 23 seconds). In addition, it produces up to 120 powdered beverages and 120 servings of hot water (200 ml) per hour – the temperature is individually adjustable.
