Flair 58 and 58+ Brew Head Replacement Part
The Flair 58 Brew Head as a replacement part: the brew head in the electric-capable version from 2023, without PCB and without plunger. Available in Bern and Zurich.
According to Flair, units from May 2023 have a Quick Disconnect connection. The electrical assembly can be removed from the brew head and the opening closed with a cap, or the other way round. With a Preheat Controller and power supply, this turns a Flair 58x into an electric Flair 58.

According to Flair, yes, on units with the Quick Disconnect connection from May 2023. You also need the Preheat Controller and a power supply. For older units Flair recommends contacting their support.
Can I see the part before buying?

Tip from the roastery: On the Flair you control the pressure yourself with the lever. That is a learning process, and every shot turns out a little different. We start with a 1:2 ratio and then adjust to taste. For this we recommend Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight, dense, round and chocolatey.
