What's in the set

The V60 filter holder in size 01 is made of porcelain and holds the heat well – that makes the extraction more even. The conical 60-degree shape guides the water toward the centre of the coffee bed, and the spiral ribs lift the filter away from the wall so the coffee drains evenly. It comes with a pack of paper filters in size 01 and a glass carafe with red accents. Size 01 is designed for 1 to 2 cups.

What goes with it

The biggest difference comes from a grinder – freshly ground, Pour Over tastes clearer. Take a look at the hand grinders or the electric grinders collection. How many cups is the set for?

Size 01 is designed for 1 to 2 cups. For larger amounts, size 02 is the better fit.

Why porcelain instead of plastic?

Porcelain holds the heat longer and doesn't affect the taste. For that, it should be briefly preheated with hot water before brewing.
