The SWAN works with conical burrs that sit on a carrier and a centring. When changing them, it is not force that counts, but that the burrs come out straight and go back in straight – otherwise the grinding mechanism runs out of true and the grind setting drifts.
This set is designed for exactly this job. Once you have used it, you change the burrs in a fraction of the time – and without the uneasy feeling of bending something with a screwdriver that nobody can straighten afterwards.
When a burr change is due on the SWAN, when servicing the grinding mechanism, and when the grind setting no longer stays stable or the grinder runs audibly rough.

From our workshop in Bern and Zurich
On grinders in continuous use, we weigh one grinding run once a month and note the time. If the same amount gradually takes noticeably longer, the burrs are due – long before it shows in the cup. This is our routine, not a manufacturer requirement. Cleaning is done dry with Puly Grind Verde, further products are listed under Machine and grinder cleaning. We dial in on a Nutty Delight, sometimes on the Cozy Chocolate or the Very Nutty. The full selection is listed under Coffee beans.
No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured to order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on the appliance. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
The scope follows the manufacturer's specification for number UT368. We do not have a parts list, so we do not list anything we cannot verify. What is certainly not included are the burrs themselves.
The four items cover different steps: inner burr, outer burr, Swan set and centring plate. Which ones you need depends on what you are changing – write to us and we will look at it together.
Our documentation lists it for the SWAN. We cannot verify whether it is suitable for another grinder, so we do not claim it.
We have no information on this. The only reliable reference is the part number UT368.
