Four cloths, three sizes, three colours: the barista cloth set from Joe Frex. At the machine, the steam wand, portafilter and work surface each get their own cloth.
The large brown cloth measures 60 × 40 cm and has an eyelet with carabiner, so it hangs from your apron or belt. It comes with two blue cloths of 25 × 25 cm and one beige cloth of 40 × 40 cm, all made of microfibre.
Separate colours keep milk and coffee grounds apart. Which cloth does what is up to you.
