Eureka Mignon Silenzio Portafilter Holder – height-adjustable
The height-adjustable portafilter holder keeps your portafilter under the outlet of the Eureka Mignon while grinding. You do not have to hold it and have both hands free.
You set the height of the fork with a screwdriver, so you can match it to the height of your portafilter. Retailers list the part as Eureka Mignon Adjustable Fork Kit. On the Mignon Specialità this fork is fitted at the factory, for Silenzio and Perfetto it is meant as a retrofit part.

According to retailers it fits the Eureka Mignon Silenzio and the Eureka Mignon Perfetto. On the Mignon Specialità it is fitted at the factory. For other models, just write to us at [email protected].
How do I set the height?
With a screwdriver. Set the fork so that your portafilter rests securely while grinding. Not every portafilter rests equally well, so if you are unsure, tell us your portafilter model.
Can I see the part before buying?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. We are happy to check in advance whether the part is there, just email [email protected].
Tip from the roastery: Grind straight into the portafilter and weigh afterwards. That way the dose is right for every shot, and you start with a ratio of 1:2.
