Who it is for
For everyone with a Flair Signature PRO or PRO 2 who wants to replace the plunger. More spare parts and accessories are in the Flair Espresso collection.
A lever machine needs a grinder that grinds fine enough. Hand grinders such as Comandante or Timemore are among our hand grinders. For dose and brewing by weight: compact and precise in the Normcore collection, with app and flow-rate display in the Acaia collection. If you are comparing electric espresso machines, narrow down the choice with our advice tool.

Tip from the roastery: With a lever you decide how the pressure builds up. We start with a 1:2 ratio and an espresso with body, Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. For maximum body without acidity we use Very Nutty. That is our recommendation, one of many.
