Tip from the roastery: With a lever you decide how the pressure builds up. We start ground fine at 14.5 g, with a ratio below 1:2 and an espresso with body, Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. For maximum body without acidity we use Very Nutty. That is our recommendation, one of many.
