Mahlkönig 65 mm Special Steel Burrs – ProM / ProM Espresso

Original replacement burrs from Mahlkönig for the ProM and ProM Espresso. Mahlkönig lists them under part number 103631.

The burrs are made of hardened special steel and measure 65 mm in diameter. Mahlkönig designs them for medium-volume cafés.

After the change, you set the grind size again. For espresso we go by weight, not time, with a 1:2 ratio as a starting point. Our opinion is one of many.

Tip from the roastery: Fresh burrs are a good moment to dial in again with a familiar bean. For espresso we recommend Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight, dense, round and chocolatey. For maximum body without acidity there is Very Nutty. That is our recommendation, one of many.
