Mahlkönig 71 mm Special Steel Burrs – K32S

Original replacement burrs from Mahlkönig for the K32S and Costa Rica shop grinders. Mahlkönig lists them under part number 309700.

The burrs are made of hardened special steel and measure 71 mm in diameter. Mahlkönig designs them for bag grinding in retail.

After the change, you set the grind size again. For espresso we go by weight, not time, with a 1:2 ratio as a starting point. Our opinion is one of many.
