Mahlkönig 80 mm Premium Cast Burrs – E80S / PEAK
The PEAK and the E80S series are among the espresso grinders that run shift after shift in busy cafés – and these 80 mm burrs made from hardened premium cast steel (60–65 HRC) are built exactly for that. They fit the PEAK, E80S, E80S GbW and E80W GbS and deliver an output rate of up to 7 g per second.
If you switch between grinders often or want a spare pair on the shelf: the burrs are also compatible with the Ditting 804 Lab Sweet and 807 Lab Sweet. How do I notice in café operation that the E80S burrs are wearing out?
Typically you'll need a finer setting for the same extraction time, or the grind pattern becomes visibly more uneven. Either is a good moment to check the burrs.
Do these burrs also work in the Ditting 804 or 807 Lab Sweet?
Yes, they're compatible with both models. For other Ditting variants, we're happy to check your model before you buy.
