How to prepare Matcha
Use the Chashaku to measure about one to two level scoops of powder into the Chawan, add water at 75 to 77 degrees, and whisk the matcha vigorously with the Chasen until a fine foam forms on the surface. After use, rinse the whisk with clear water and place it on the Chasentate to maintain its shape.
