What makes this distributor special
The needles move in fixed, concentric circular paths – 16 on the 58 mm version, 14 on the 51 and 54 mm versions. When pressed and twisted, they penetrate the coffee grounds evenly and distribute them across the individual radii – this reduces dense spots and voids, thereby mitigating channeling. Distribution is a learning process, not an examination subject, and this is just our view, one of many.
The stirring depth can be infinitely adjusted to the depth of your basket. The tool is made of 304 stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and brass. Included in the delivery are 36 replacement needles (0.25 mm) and a needle fixing tool, allowing needles to be replaced if necessary.

How does the concentric layout work?

How does it differ from the Planetary version?
The Concentric version guides the needles in fixed concentric circles; the Planetary version combines rotation and orbital movement in multiple directions. Both distribute evenly – it's a matter of preference.
