The Normcore V3 Planetary Needle Distributor is an innovative espresso puck distribution tool designed for maximum even distribution, less clumping, and more stable extractions.
Functionality & Technology
- Planetary stirring system: 15 needles, divided into 5 independently rotating groups, rotate and orbit the sieve plate simultaneously. This combines rotation and orbital motion for multidirectional stirring.
- Multidirectional coverage: The complex movement reaches corners and areas that are often left untouched by simple tools – this reduces channeling and ensures even density in the puck.
- Continuous depth adjustment: The tool handle allows fine adjustment of the stirring depth depending on the basket depth or coffee volume.
- High-quality materials & spare parts: Made of 304 stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and brass. The tool comes with replacement needles (e.g., 0.25 mm & 0.30 mm) and a needle locking tool.
