What's the difference to the tray without a bar?
The complete version also includes the knock bar — ready to use right away. The tray without a bar is more affordable, ideal if you already own a bar or want to buy one separately.
Does the bar damage my portafilter?
No. The bar's rubber coating protects the portafilter from impact when you knock out. Even so: knock out gently, not with force — that extends the life of every component.
How do I clean the tray?
Empty the coffee grounds regularly, and clean the tray now and then with warm water and a soft cloth. No harsh detergents or steel wool — stainless steel lasts for years if you treat it honestly.
