What makes the ULTRA-S special
The burrs are made of high-grade 440 stainless steel with a titanium coating and a hardness of HRC67, which makes them heat-resistant and keeps the cutting edges sharp for a long time even with frequent use. The reworked geometry with integrated Pre-Crushing teeth delivers a more even particle distribution and more efficient grinding, especially with medium to medium-light roasts.
In the cup, that means more clarity and definition, a balanced body with sweetness, and a consistent particle distribution that leads to more even extractions – for espresso as well as filter. The optimised tooth geometry also grinds a bit faster.
