Weber Workshops EG-1 Bean Feeder – bean feed for the new EG-1
The beans trickle in evenly instead of dropping onto the burrs all at once. The feeder sits magnetically on the grinder and comes off in seconds.
The Bean Feeder is the optional accessory for the newly designed EG-1 from Weber Workshops. It feeds the coffee to the burrs in a controlled way and without jamming, and fits compactly into the shape of the grinder. Coffee Coaching Club is the official Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
How does the Bean Feeder work?
After a quick parts swap, the feeder couples magnetically directly to the EG-1 and can be fitted or removed in seconds. Its mechanism regulates the flow of beans into the burrs without jamming any beans. This gives the grinder an even feed instead of the whole dose at once.
Nobody needs a feeder. Whether you grind with or without one is a matter of preference, and whoever wants it knows why. Our opinion is one of many.
Does it fit my EG-1?
The Bean Feeder is built for the new generation of the EG-1, introduced in October 2026. According to Weber, it does not fit the EG-1 Mk.3. The Silver and Black (Onyx) finishes match the colours of the EG-1.
Better value together with the EG-1
If you buy the Bean Feeder together with the new EG-1, a bundle discount on the feeder is deducted automatically in the cart. It's the same offer Weber Workshops makes itself.

Tip from the roastery: As a coffee roastery, we roast dense and full-bodied for the vast majority. Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight bring chocolate and nut to the cup, while Very Nutty brings maximum body without acidity. If you'd like to discover something fruity, you'll find it in Wild Peach. Any other bean you enjoy is just as right. That's our recommendation, one of many.
