Weber Workshops Bean Cellar – 12-piece Single-Dosing Set in Teak
You weigh your portion, put it into the jar, press the lid down – and the coffee stays fresh until you grind it. Instead of opening and closing a bag every morning, each bean only comes into contact with air twice: when filling and when grinding.
The Bean Cellar system stores individual doses in jars with a one-way valve. Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
What makes the Bean Cellar special
Each borosilicate glass jar is sealed with Weber's own one-way valve: the CO2 from freshly roasted beans escapes upwards, while the lighter oxygen stays out. This way, the coffee oxidizes significantly slower than in a repeatedly opened bag. Each jar holds approximately 18 to 22 g, depending on bean size and roast.

Light and storage
Daylight in the room is not a problem, as long as the jars are not in direct sunlight. The biggest loss of freshness anyway comes from repeatedly opening and closing a container, not from ambient light.
What goes well with it
The single-dosing principle shows its strength with a single-dose grinder, such as the Weber EG-1 or Key. The single-dosing funnel from the same collection is used for clean filling. Fresh beans can be found in our coffee bean selection, such as Cozy Chocolate.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much coffee fits in one jar?
Depending on bean size and roast, around 18 to 22 g – a typical espresso dose.
How does the one-way valve work?
It allows the CO2 from freshly roasted beans to escape while keeping oxygen out. This keeps the coffee fresh longer.
Does light harm the beans in the jar?
Not in normal room light. You should only avoid direct sunlight.
Can I buy replacement jars?
Yes, replacement jars are available separately in the Weber Workshops Collection.
Roastery Tip
Freshly roasted coffee degasses most intensely during the first few days – the one-way valve allows precisely this CO2 to escape without letting in new oxygen. It's best to store whole beans and grind them just before brewing; ground coffee loses its aroma many times faster. This is our recommendation, one of many.
