The Airscape canister keeps your beans fresh by pushing the air out of the container. This version holds around 1 kg of beans.
Less air, fresher for longer
Oxygen ages coffee oils and fades the aroma. The Airscape inner lid pushes the air out through a valve, so your beans are stored with noticeably less oxygen – protected from light and gentle on the aroma.
How it works
The inner Airscape lid is pressed onto the beans and pushes the air out through a valve – with an audible hiss. This leaves less oxygen in the container, and oxygen is the main reason coffee loses its aroma. The clear outer lid shows how much is still inside.
We import Airscape directly; the canisters are built by Planetary Design. Our opinion is one of many.

What stays freshest is what's freshly roasted: our coffee beans from our own roastery. Ground only shortly before brewing – in our coffee grinders or hand grinders. We also carry replacement lids for your Airscape canister.
