Coffee grounds get everywhere. Next to the grinder, under the tamper, along the edge of the counter. One quick sweep with the brush and the bar looks like it did in the morning – provided the brush is where you look for it.
That's exactly what the magnet in the handle solves: brush and dustpan hold onto each other, and the set stands on the counter as one piece instead of the brush disappearing somewhere between grinder and till.
The set has two parts: a brush and a dustpan. The magnet sits on the brush handle and holds the two parts together.
| Type | Table brush set |
| In the box | 2 parts: brush and dustpan |
| Special feature | Magnetic holder on the brush handle |
| Use | Work surface, counter, around the grinder |
For counters where grinding goes on all day – and for everyone at home who likes a tidy coffee corner without reaching for the kitchen roll every time.
For the grinder itself, use the fan brush or the grinder brush for the bean chute; for the group head, the group brush with wooden handle. Everything else under machine and grinder cleaning and Barista Equipment.
In our café the set doesn't sit next to the grinder but between grinder and machine – where most of the spill happens while dosing. Sounds trivial, but in daily service it saves two steps every time. That's our observation from Bern, not a manufacturer recommendation. What goes into the grinder next: Nutty Delight as an all-rounder, Cozy Chocolate for chocolatey notes, Very Nutty for maximum body. All roasts under coffee beans.
Two: a brush and a dustpan.
On the brush handle. It holds brush and dustpan together so nothing lies around loose.
Yes. Wherever coffee is ground, grounds end up on the surface – in the kitchen just as much as behind the bar.
It's meant for dry coffee grounds and crumbs. Liquids are better wiped up with a cloth.
Yes, in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) you can see it in person.
