What makes the STEEP bottle special
The closed basket system keeps the coffee grounds neatly separated: the water flows through the spout without the need to remove the basket, and you can taste it in between to adjust the concentration to your liking. The bottle is made of borosilicate glass, BPA-free plastic, and silicone. With a 750 ml brewing volume and a 60g basket, it's enough for several cups, and at 297 mm high with an 80 mm diameter, it fits neatly into the refrigerator door.

What goes with it
For cold brew, you grind coarsely – a grinder from the Coffee Grinder Collection or the Varia Collection provides the necessary consistency. For weighing, a scale from Normcore or Acaia is suitable, along with beans from our Coffee Roastery.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should cold brew steep?
Typically 12 to 18 hours in the refrigerator. Shorter steeping results in a lighter brew, longer in a stronger one – thanks to the tasting option, you'll find your own sweet spot.
Which grind size is suitable?
Coarse, similar to French Press. Too finely ground, the brew can become cloudy and over-extracted.
How much coffee fits in the basket?
Up to 60g. A good starting point is about 60g for 750ml, then adjust to taste.
Do I have to remove the basket to pour?
No. Thanks to the closed basket system, you pour directly, and the basket stays in.

Cold brew is very forgiving and emphasizes sweetness and body. Our Nutty Delight comes out nutty and smooth, while the Cozy Chocolate brings a rich chocolate note.
