The new version of the Eureka "Mignon" with precise scales is definitely a technical innovation that is revolutionary . It grinds exactly the same amount of powder every time, so you have absolute consistency in the preparation of the coffee .
The mill has infinitely variable grinding level regulation.

The portafilter holder is designed so that you place the portafilter in the fork. The portafilter is automatically weighed and the grinder tares itself.

You program the desired grammage on the LCD display . The mill now grinds the desired amount of powder independently with a tolerance of +- 0.1 grams .
