The portafilter hangs in the fork, the scale underneath counts along, and the burrs stop at the target weight – the grounds settle evenly in the basket, shot after shot.
The F64 EVO Sense PRO is Fiorenzato's on-demand grinder for home setups and bar use: integrated scale, 64 mm M340 burrs, and a grinding chamber that cleans quickly. Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Fiorenzato and carries the brand in Switzerland.
The scale sits directly in the fork bracket and weighs the grounds as you grind. The dose is set in grams, and the grinder stops automatically to within 0.1 grams – no separate scale needed, straight into the portafilter.
In Direct Mode you start and stop manually. In Master Mode the grinder recognises the portafilter hung in place and grinds the saved dose automatically – handy when many shots run one after another. The grinder is compatible with the PUQpress M4, so grinding and tamping work hand in hand.
The flat 64 mm burrs are made from M340 steel and carry Fiorenzato's Dark-T coating – a carbon-based, diamond-like layer applied using the PaCVD process. They last up to five times longer than uncoated standard burrs and keep their grind profile over time – important under heavy use.
The EVO system controls a fan that switches on when needed and protects the burrs from overheating – so the grind profile stays consistent even during busy stretches. The PRO grinding chamber can be removed for cleaning without needing to readjust the grind size.
Through the IPS touchscreen you set doses and keep an eye on statistics as well as the condition of the burrs. The Sense variant keeps the usage data at your fingertips.

The F64 EVO Sense PRO pairs with portafilter machines from the Rocket, ECM and Profitec collections or the La Marzocco Linea Mini R. For puck preparation, tampers and distributors from the Normcore range are a good fit. Add fresh beans such as Cozy Chocolate, Nutty Delight or Very Nutty. Unsure about the machine choice? Yes. Master Mode, EVO cooling and PUQpress M4 compatibility are built for many shots back to back. It's equally suited to home setups.
Yes, you can see the grinder for yourself in the showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b).
In Master Mode, a fixed starting point pays off: we start with a ratio around 1:2 and adjust from there via grind size – for instance with the chocolatey Cozy Chocolate or the bold Very Nutty for more crema. This is our recommendation, one of many.
