Apax Lab Jamm is a mineral concentrate that emphasizes richness and depth: lingering sweetness, creamy mouthfeel, more body. It is one of several Apax profiles alongside Tonik, Lylac, and Konflux.
What Jamm Does
Jamm emphasizes body and sweetness – ideal for darker, chocolatey roasts that should appear round and velvety. The mineral content allows for a fuller mouthfeel and a more pronounced sweetness perception.
Application
You can add a few drops directly into your cup or mix about 3 to 4 grams of concentrate per liter into demineralized water. Recipes and a calculator are available at Apax Lab.
