Subminimal NanoFoamer GO NanoScreen Kit – NanoScreen, Mixing and Froth Impeller as a Replacement Set

The NanoScreen Kit from Subminimal contains the three attachments of the NanoFoamer GO once again: a NanoScreen for microfoam, a Mixing Impeller and a Froth Impeller. You can choose it in black or in grey.
Why the fine screen makes the difference
For microfoam, the impeller and NanoScreen work together. The rotation draws in milk and air, and the 304 stainless steel mesh breaks the air up into tiny bubbles. The finer the bubbles, the glossier and more stable the foam, because the milk proteins wrap around each bubble and hold it in shape. On the tongue, this texture feels velvety rather than airy, and it blends smoothly with the crema.
The other two attachments do without a screen. According to Subminimal, the Mixing Impeller stirs powders into liquids, such as matcha or cocoa. The Froth Impeller whisks bubbles into the milk like a small whisk, for an airier foam.
No espresso police: your drink and your taste decide which attachment is the right one. Our opinion is one of many.

Does the kit also fit the NanoFoamer Lithium or V2?
No, it is made for the NanoFoamer GO, which works with slightly smaller impellers. For the NanoFoamer V2 and the NanoFoamer Lithium there is a separate NanoScreen Kit with two screens and one impeller.
What is the difference between black and grey?
The colour of the plastic parts. The contents are the same in both variants.
How do I clean the NanoScreen and impellers?
Rinse them under running water straight after use or let them run briefly in a cup of water. For thorough cleaning, remove the NanoScreen and rinse it separately. Let everything dry before storing it.
Can I see the product before buying?
In our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) we show a large selection, but not the entire range – the display changes. It is best to check with us shortly beforehand whether the part is currently there.
Roastery tip
Fine milk foam carries a dense espresso most beautifully. For cappuccino and latte, our favourites are Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – chocolate, caramel and nuts with plenty of body that come through the milk. If you like maximum body without any acidity, stick with Very Nutty, and for a fruity experience there's Wild Peach to discover. Any bean you enjoy is the right one, even one from the supermarket. That's our recommendation, one of many.
