ECM Synchronika Heritage Line – Dual Boiler with Copper Accents
Anthracite side panels, a brushed stainless steel front, and copper on pressure gauges, valves, and railing: the Heritage Line gives the Synchronika a warmer, calmer appearance. Beneath lies the well-known dual boiler technology with two independent PIDs, available only through authorized dealers. ECM is a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, crafting by hand in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is an ECM partner in Switzerland. When you purchase an ECM machine, a barista course at our roastery in Bern or in our Zurich Oerlikon showroom is included – in German or English. Swiss warranty and after-sales support are included.

Dual Boiler with Two PIDs
Two separate stainless steel boilers: brew boiler with 0.75 liters, steam boiler with 2.0 liters. Each boiler has its own PID, allowing you to control brewing temperature and steam independently.
Heritage Design
Anthracite side panels with a brushed stainless steel front and copper accents on pressure gauges, valves, and railing – the visible Heritage feature compared to the standard Synchronika.
Fast Heat-Up
The espresso operating temperature is reached in about 8 minutes. For full temperature stability of the E61 brew group, allow about 20 minutes.
Rotary Pump and Fixed Water Connection
Quiet rotary pump, switchable to fixed water connection. Patented ECM E61 brew group with stainless steel bell, low water shutdown (running extraction is cleanly finished), ECO mode, active and passive pre-infusion, programmable on and off times.

Who it's For
For everyone who likes the technology of the Synchronika and prefers the warmer Heritage design. Technically identical to the standard Synchronika – the decision is primarily about design.
What Goes With It
A precise coffee grinder from the Eureka series, a tamper, and fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. More in the ECM collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
What distinguishes the Heritage Line from the standard Synchronika?
Technically nothing. The Heritage Line has a retro design with anthracite side panels, a brushed stainless steel front, and copper accents instead of the classic stainless steel look.
Synchronika I or Synchronika II – which generation is this?
The Heritage Line belongs to the first Synchronika generation. If you're looking for the latest model with an OLED display, check out the Synchronika 2 Exclusive Line.
Can I connect it to the water mains?
Yes. The rotary pump allows for a fixed water connection, which we can set up upon delivery if desired.
Does the ECM Flow Control Kit fit?
Yes. Thanks to the rotary pump, the Heritage Line is compatible with the Flow Control Kit for the E61 group.
Can I see it before buying?
Gladly. You can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know briefly, and we'll have it ready.
Roastery Tip
With two independent PIDs, you can consistently separate brewing and steaming: you set the brewing temperature to match the bean – higher for light roasts, lower for dark ones – while the steam boiler remains at full power for fine milk foam independently. This is our recommendation, one of many.
