Eureka Mignon Hopper Cleaning Kit 250 g – bean hopper with integrated bellows
After grinding, some coffee grounds stay behind in the grinding chamber. A press on the rubber bellows in the lid blows the residue out before the next dose goes through the grinder.
Eureka makes the hopper from Tritan, the bellows from rubber and the revolving shutter from metal. The hopper holds 250 g of beans. Besides the transparent version there is a tinted one that Eureka calls «fumé».
A clean grinding chamber is a foundation, but taste in the cup is what counts. We pull by brew ratio, with 1:2 as a starting point. Our opinion is one of many.
