Fiorenzato Burrs Thickness Kit – the service item for the burrs of the AllGround
Everything is decided at the grinding mechanism. How the burrs sit in the carrier determines whether the grind setting is the same around the entire circumference – and whether your espresso stays reproducible or drifts from shot to shot.
The manufacturer lists this set under the designation Burrs Thickness Kit with part number 900001434/R. It belongs to the service area of the AllGround's grinding mechanism. We're happy to clarify in advance which parts your machine needs and whether the kit fits your version – send us the serial number and we'll check before you order.
When it is due
When changing the burrs, if the service documentation calls for this kit. When the grind setting no longer engages cleanly across the entire adjustment range. And when, after an overhaul of the grinding mechanism, the result is not as consistent as before.

Important for installation
The kit goes inside the grinding mechanism. To fit it, the grinder is opened after first being disconnected from the mains. After any work on the grinding mechanism, the grind setting must be readjusted. We recommend installation by a qualified professional and, on request, we can take care of it in our workshop.
Who it is for
For technicians overhauling an AllGround. And for businesses planning a burr change that want to order everything that goes with it in one go.
What goes with it
For the same grinder, we carry the single dose bellows, the complete bean hopper and the bean hopper shutter. For cleaning the grinding mechanism, see machine and grinder cleaning. You'll find everything about the brand under Fiorenzato.
Tip from our workshop
After any work on the grinding mechanism, we grind two to three doses through before judging for the first time. The first dose after an overhaul tells you nothing at all about the setting. That's our routine from Bern and Zurich, not a manufacturer requirement. For dialling in we use Nutty Delight, for chocolatey notes Cozy Chocolate and for body Very Nutty. All roasts under Coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a trial fit on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
