The trim that gives the GS3 brew group a clean finish again
The brew group is the heart of the GS3 and sits visibly at the front. Its cover is the first part to catch coffee dust, steam and cleaning cloths – and after years of use, it shows.
This cover has the part number F.1.012 and belongs to the AV version of the GS3. A new cover is the quickest way to give a used machine a tidy look again.
When it's due
A replacement is worthwhile if you notice any of the following:
- Cracks or chips on the edges.
- The cover no longer sits firmly and rattles.
- Discolouration and scratches that can no longer be polished out.
- Warping, so the gap to the group is uneven.

What goes with it
From our workshop
We remove the group cover at every major service and clean underneath – that's where ground coffee collects that you never see from the outside. This is our workshop routine in Bern and Zurich, not a manufacturer requirement. To finish, we pull a test espresso, usually with Nutty Delight.
Returns excluded
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a trial fitting on the machine. So before ordering, check your machine's model, year of manufacture and serial number – or drop us a quick message and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.

Does the cover also fit a GS3 MP?
The MP has a different group with its own parts. Send us the serial number and we'll tell you which part you need.
Are screws included?
No. The cover is supplied on its own; we stock screws and cover caps separately.
Can I replace the cover myself?
It is accessible from the outside. Switch off the machine and let it cool down; if the group has to be opened in the process, take it to a qualified professional.
Is the cover also available in black?
We have this version. If you're looking for a different colour, just ask and we'll check availability.
Can I pick up the part at your showroom?
Yes. We have two showrooms: Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Drop us a quick message saying which part you need, and we'll have it ready and look at it together on your machine.
