For the E80S series during maintenance
The E65S, K30/PEAK and EK43/DK15 have their own burr pullers with different part numbers. You will find them all under Grinder accessories and spare parts. After the change, as before, the weight ratio counts for extraction, not the time. For espresso, 1:2 is a good starting point.
