Profitec Pro 600 QS – Dual Boiler with E61 and Quick-Steam
The Pro 600 with faster steam: the QS version delivers steam quickly through its Quick-Steam valves, and otherwise shares the proven dual boiler technology with two independently controllable boilers and a massive E61 group head. On request it can also run as a single boiler – from Profitec, a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, handcrafted in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Profitec in Switzerland. A barista course at our roastery in Bern or at the Zürich Oerlikon showroom can be booked as an add-on – in German or English. Swiss warranty and support after purchase included.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the Pro 600 QS and the Pro 600?
The QS version has Quick-Steam valves for faster steam. The dual boiler, E61 group head and the rest of the equipment are the same.
Can I use it as a single boiler?
Yes. The steam boiler can be switched off, so you can run it as a single boiler.
How long does heating up take?
Plan for around 20 minutes so the E61 group head is stable at temperature.
Can I see it before buying?
Gladly – come see it live in Bern and Zürich Oerlikon. Just let us know and we will have it ready for you.
Is the barista course included?
A private barista course can be booked as an add-on.
Roastery tip
Choose the brew temperature to match the bean and use the fast steam to texture the milk right after extraction – that way the espresso stays fresh while you froth. This is our recommendation, one of many.
