The Appartamento has always been the Rocket for the home kitchen – the TCA generation adds adjustable boiler pressure and a reworked housing. This version: matte black body with copper side panels. Adjustable Boiler Pressure (TCA)
TCA stands for Temperature Control Adjustment. Boiler pressure can be adjusted from 0.9 to 1.2 bar in 0.1 bar steps (1 bar as standard) – letting you indirectly tune the brew temperature to your bean.
