What the opening changes
The opening of the tip determines how quickly the steam comes out and how much air it draws into the milk. A narrower opening builds more pressure and works faster; a wider opening lets the steam flow in more gently and gives you more time to shape the texture by hand. Neither result is better than the other – it's a question of how you like your milk and how much you froth at once.
Nobody needs four different tips to froth good milk – a standard tip often does the job just as well. The set of 4 is for anyone who loves the detail and wants to tune their steam wand precisely to their ritual. Our opinion is one of many – try your way through and find yours.

Why four different steam tips?
With different openings you change the steam output and with it how the milk behaves when frothing – you'll find what suits you and your amount of milk.
Does the set fit my Rocket machine?
It fits the Cellini, Giotto, Mozzafiato and Appartamento.
What about the R58 and R60?
For these two models there are individual tips in 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm, not the set of 4.
How do I change the steam tip?
The tip screws onto the steam pipe by hand – no tools needed.
Can I see the set before buying?
