Rocket Sotto Banco 2-Group
Only the brew groups are visible on the counter, sleek and unobtrusive – the rest disappears under the counter. This keeps the view of the customer clear, while still providing the full performance of a professional espresso machine.
What makes the Sotto Banco special
The Sotto Banco is built as an under-counter machine: the service boiler and technology are located under the counter, while two saturated brew groups operate above. Saturated brew groups maintain a very stable temperature and, in our experience, produce a more refined aroma profile than an E61 – although others may have a different view. A multi-boiler system with a 9-liter service boiler, a dedicated steam wand per group, and a 4.3-inch display on the under-counter module ensure smooth service; the machine can be controlled via WLAN using a web app.
