Weber Workshops designed the EG-1 from the ground up, centered around the burr. Given the burr-centered focus, we offer three different burr sets that provide three different, near-zero retention grinding profiles.

The Core (DB-1), which currently ships with all EG-1s; the Ultra (DB-2), which is designed to be the ultimate in coffee.
