MHW-3BOMBER Turbo Milk Pitcher 350 ml – for fine microfoam and clean latte art
The steam wand hisses briefly, then the milk starts to spin and the sound turns into a soft, even roll. When you tilt the pitcher afterwards, the milk flows in a calm stream across the crema.
The Turbo Milk Pitcher from MHW-3BOMBER in Matte Black holds 350 ml and is made for exactly this moment: steaming milk and pouring it into the cup. You can buy it from us in Switzerland, with Click and Collect in Bern and Zurich.
Features
Turbo principle
The shape of the pitcher is derived from the spin of a turbine and designed for fast rotation of the milk. According to MHW-3BOMBER, the drop-shaped body gathers the steam better: the force of the steam wand on the wall splits into a downward and a sideways component, and in the Turbo the downward share is greater than in an ordinary pitcher. The vortex therefore reaches deeper, air gets deeper into the milk, and air and milk combine more evenly into fine foam.
Thickened 304 stainless steel
The pitcher is made of thickened, austenitic 304 stainless steel (SUS304). The manufacturer describes it as long-lasting, wear-resistant and easy to clean.
Ergonomic handle
The underside of the handle is double-curved. Your fingers get a secure grip, and thanks to its thickness and width it suits different ways of holding the pitcher, according to the manufacturer, whether you hold it by the handle or further forward on the body.
Eagle-beak spout with double guide groove
The spout is shaped like an eagle’s beak, which MHW-3BOMBER calls the «Eagle Spout». Double-curved guide grooves at the front and back release the milk cleanly as you pour. This keeps swings and lines crisp, for example when you wiggle for a heart or a rosetta.
Turbo or Milk Pitcher 5.0?
At MHW-3BOMBER you’ll also find the Milk Pitcher 5.0 with its crocodile spout, starting at 400 ml. The Turbo differs mainly in its body shape, designed for fast rotation of the milk, and in its eagle-beak spout. At 350 ml it is also a little smaller. Which pitcher feels better in your hand is a matter of taste. Our opinion is one of many.

Frequently asked questions
How much milk fits in the Turbo Milk Pitcher?
The pitcher holds 350 ml. In our experience, you fill in a little less for steaming so the milk has room to spin. That is plenty for one milk drink such as a cappuccino or a flat white.
What sets the Turbo apart from the Milk Pitcher 5.0?
The Turbo has a body shape designed for fast rotation of the milk and an eagle-beak spout. The Milk Pitcher 5.0 models have a crocodile spout and start at 400 ml.
What is the pitcher made of?
It is made of 304 stainless steel, also called SUS304, in the colour Matte Black. The material is durable and easy to clean.
Is the pitcher suitable for latte art?
Yes, that is what it is made for. The double-curved guide grooves and the eagle-beak spout release the milk cleanly so swings and lines stay crisp.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 2–4 working days, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Click and Collect is available in Bern and Zurich.
Can I see the pitcher before buying?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Just check with us beforehand whether the pitcher is currently there.
Tip from the roastery: In our experience, foam turns out best in a small pitcher when you fill well-chilled milk only to just below where the spout begins. That leaves room for the vortex and gives you more time to texture. With milk we recommend Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight: dense, round and chocolatey in a cappuccino. For a bold espresso that carries through plenty of milk, Very Nutty fits well, with lots of body and hardly any acidity. And if you want to discover something fruity, you will find it in Wild Peach. You’ll find all our coffees under Coffee beans. That’s our recommendation, one of many.
