Features of the Mignon Oro Stark
Fast
The Oro Stark works with 65 mm Pure Diamond burrs and a powerful motor. Eureka describes the grinding as fast and even.
Diamond Inside burrs
Diamond Inside is Eureka’s patented process: the burrs are cryogenically treated at −193 °C. According to Eureka, the resulting crystal structure increases wear resistance. The burrs stay sharp longer, and the particle size remains consistent over a large volume of coffee.
Silent Technology
According to Eureka, an anti-vibration system significantly reduces grinding noise without lowering grinding performance.
Touch display
On the display you set the grinding time and adjust the dose to your recipe: two programmable doses, fine adjustment of the grinding time with plus and minus, and the Extra Dose function. There is also continuous grinding.
Stepless micrometric adjustment
The system patented by Eureka adjusts the lower burr steplessly. You can clean the grinding chamber without losing the grind setting.
Materials
The base and hopper lid are made of aluminum with a chrome finish, and the spout is metal. The universal fork is rubberized and holds the portafilter steady.
The details in daily use
The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumping and static charge. A dose counter shows the shots ground. The bean hopper holds 300 g, and the rubberized universal fork is adjustable.

Who it’s for
For anyone who doses by time from a filled bean hopper and grinds several shots in a row. You set the dose on the display and judge the extraction by the weight in the cup: 1:2 is a good starting point, not a rule.

Is the Eureka Mignon Oro Stark available in other colors?
This version is black matte with chrome details. Eureka also offers the Mignon Stark in white, Ferrari red, gray and chrome. The grinding mechanism and technology are the same.
Is the Eureka Mignon Oro Stark a grind-by-time or a single-dose grinder?
Grind by time. It doses by programmed grinding time from the 300 g bean hopper. If you grind a weighed single dose per shot and change beans often, take a look at single-dose grinders.
How loud is the Eureka Mignon Oro Stark?
Eureka uses Silent Technology with an anti-vibration system and describes the grinder as remarkably quiet. Eureka does not state a dB value for this model.
Do I lose the grind setting when cleaning?
No. The stepless micrometric system adjusts the lower burr, so according to Eureka the setting is retained during maintenance.
Can I see the Eureka Mignon Oro Stark before buying?
