Eureka Mignon Oro Stark Chrome – Espresso Grinder with 65mm Pure Diamond Burrs
You tap your dose on the touchscreen, place the portafilter in the rubberized hands-free fork – and the grinder works quietly and deeply. The 65mm Pure Diamond burrs operate quietly, and the ground coffee falls loosely and without clumps into the portafilter. It stops by itself after the programmed time. The full metal body stands firmly on the counter, with no wobbling.
The Mignon Oro Stark is the top model in the Mignon Oro series – a grind-by-time grinder with a touchscreen and a full metal construction in a compact Mignon format. Coffee Coaching Club carries the Eureka range; Eureka has been manufacturing in Florence, Italy, for over 100 years. This version is fully chrome-plated; the Oro Stark is also available in matte black with chrome.
65mm Pure Diamond Burrs and ELR
The 65mm flat burrs are Eureka's patented Pure Diamond burrs. Thanks to special treatment, they retain their sharpness significantly longer and ensure consistent granulometry over time. The ELR system (Extreme Low Retention) keeps residues in the grinding chamber low and ensures dosing consistency of approximately ± 0.2 g. The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumps and static charge – the ground coffee falls loosely into the portafilter.
Touchscreen and Grind by Time
Via the touchscreen, you can program two dosing times in 0.1-second increments plus a manual shot. The grind size is adjusted steplessly and micrometrically – fine adjustments for espresso to filter, without fixed detents. The height-adjustable, rubberized hands-free fork fits all portafilters, including bottomless ones. High-speed maintenance allows quick access to the grinding chamber without losing the grind setting.
Full Metal and Silent Technology
The base, hopper lid, and spout are made of polished aluminum – a completely metallic construction that keeps the grinder stable and quiet on the counter. The bean hopper holds 300g. Silent Technology reduces noise to around 60 dB. At 7.4 kg, the Oro Stark stands firmly with low vibration.

Is the Oro Stark available in other versions?
This version is fully chrome-plated. The Oro Stark is also available in matte black with chrome – the grinding mechanism and technology are identical.
Grind by Time or Single Dose?
The Oro Stark doses according to programmed time from the 300g bean hopper – ideal for multiple shots in a row. If you grind a fresh single dose per shot and often change beans, a single-dose grinder is a better choice.
What is the retention level?
Thanks to the ELR system, it's low – dosing consistency is around ± 0.2 g. For frequent bean changes without a supply in the hopper, a single-dose grinder is more suitable.
How loud is it?
Thanks to Silent Technology, it's around 60 dB – significantly quieter than conventional grinders. You'll get the best impression of the exact sound in person at the showroom.
Can I see it before buying?
