The successor to the HG-1: Weber Workshops redesigned the manual grinder from the ground up – the result is the HG-2.
What sets it apart
At its heart sits an 83 mm conical burr with TiN-PVD-coated Mazzer burrs – a grinding unit in a size you'd otherwise know from large electric grinders. The 2-speed gearbox makes turning by hand easier, and the large conical burrs deliver an even grind for espresso as well as for filter. With the Ross Droplet technique via the included Amber Glass Mister, you keep static charge low. We are an importer of Weber Workshops.
