When creating our café menu, we consciously asked ourselves: How do we craft a menu that combines distinctive enjoyment and specialty rarities with genuine accessibility? Not just a menu for coffee intellectuals, nor a generic coffee shop assortment. Instead, a deliberate curation for us and for everyone who wants to explore the world of specialty coffee with us – step by step, without pressure.

What you'll find in our cafés

Our café menu includes classic espresso drinks (espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte, cortado), specialty filter coffee (pour-over, AeroPress, cold brew depending on the season), loose leaf tea selections, organic snacks, and patisserie accents. Our beans come exclusively from our own roastery – find out more in the Coffee Bean Collection.

Where our cafés are located

Bern (Gerberngasse 44): Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Classic café atmosphere in Bern's Old Town. Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b): Tue–Sat 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Larger showroom (180 m²) with an extensive machine exhibition.

Which beans are brewed in the café?

Beans from our own roastery: Cozy Chocolate (Brazil Natural), Nutty Delight (Brazil-India Blend), Wild Peach (light omniroast), Bright Cassis (lively omniroast), and other seasonal roasts.

Do you offer take-away?

Yes, all café drinks are available for take-away. Most regular customers ask about reusable cups on site.

Are there vegan and gluten-free options?

Yes. Many food options are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free. Please ask directly in the café or write to us for specific needs.
