The handleless version of the fifth generation in black, 400 ml – pared-back and direct.
Without a handle the jug sits compactly in your palm, and the pouring motion comes straight from your wrist. Because the body warms up while you steam, many people also reach for a cloth – that way you keep control and feel the temperature of the milk at the same time.
The wide, low body keeps the whirlpool tight, so air and milk combine finely; the proteins stabilise the bubbles and the fat gives the foam density. The eponymous spout – internally called the crocodile shape – with its double-curved guide grooves focuses the stream for cleaner lines. Made from 304 stainless steel. Our opinion is one of many.

For anyone who likes the direct feel of a handleless jug and usually makes one drink at a time. The compact 400 ml size and immediate control make it a jug for everyone who guides their pour deliberately.
The foam is shaped by your machine's steam wand. From the compact one for the coffee corner to the La Marzocco, you'll find them in our espresso machines; the advice tool helps you choose.
If you'd like to compare jugs with handles or other shapes: affordable and precise are the jugs of the Normcore Collection, while the Weber Workshops Collection shows the especially finely crafted side. And beneath the milk it's the espresso that carries – dense espresso beans round off the drink.
The body warms up with the milk – that gives you direct temperature feedback. Many baristas use a cloth for this to guide the pour comfortably.
Without a handle it sits compactly in your hand, and the pouring motion comes very directly from your wrist. If you like this immediate feel, you'll appreciate the handleless design.
Good for one milk drink. When steaming, leave a little room at the top so the milk has space to stretch.
Gladly. You can experience it live in our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b). Online we deliver in 2–4 business days, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
A direct pour, a dense espresso – that works. Our Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight stay present beneath the milk, full-bodied and sweet. For maximum body without acidity, the Very Nutty, for a fruity experience the Wild Peach. That's our recommendation – one of many.
