Hario Coffee Siphon Technika 240 ml – Vacuum Brewing in a Small Format
A small flame, the familiar gurgle, water rising and falling – the Technika 240 brings the whole siphon spectacle to the counter for one or two cups.
The compact Technika uses heat and vacuum to brew a clear, aromatic cup – ideal for anyone enjoying coffee alone or with someone else. We carry Hario at Coffee Coaching Club.
How the siphon works
Heat builds steam pressure in the lower globe, pushing the water upward, where the coffee brews. Once the heat is removed, the vacuum draws the finished coffee back down through the cloth filter – clear like filter coffee, with full body. Powered by the included alcohol burner or the optional infrared heater.

Roastery tip
Even in this small format, the siphon delivers a clear, full-bodied cup – lovely with Nutty Delight or, for something fruity, with the Wild Peach. Medium grind as a starting point. That's our recommendation, one of many.
