The Airscape container keeps your beans fresh by forcing air out of the container. This version holds approximately 1 kg of beans.
Less air, fresher for longer
Oxygen causes coffee oils to age and aroma to fade. The Airscape inner lid expels air through a valve, so your beans are stored with significantly less oxygen – protected from light and preserving the aroma.
How it works
The inner Airscape lid is pressed onto the beans, pushing the air out through a valve – with an audible hiss. This leaves less oxygen in the container, and oxygen is the main reason coffee loses its aroma. The clear outer lid shows how much is still inside.
