ILSA Rubber Gasket and Metal Filter for Stovetop Espresso Maker "Slancio" / "Omnia" 4 Cups

A replacement set for ILSA Slancio and Omnia stovetop espresso makers in the 4-cup size: two gaskets and one metal filter. Gasket and filter sit between the boiler and the upper part and keep the pot sealed while brewing.

Over time a gasket hardens and no longer seals cleanly. Steam then escapes at the thread while brewing. A fresh gasket and a fresh filter make the assembly complete again.

In a stovetop pot, the ratio of coffee to water shapes the cup. We weigh both instead of dosing by feel. Our opinion is one of many.
