When your stovetop espresso maker hisses past the seal or the top no longer closes cleanly, the rubber seal is due for replacement. This ILSA replacement set makes your moka pot tight again: two replacement seals and a matching metal sieve for the 6-cup size.

Why does the metal sieve have to be swapped as well?

The replacement seal and the original seal differ slightly in height. So that the seal and sieve sit cleanly on one another again, the supplied metal sieve is used during the change.
